How I Studied for My Amazon Security Engineer (L4) Interview

I interviewed with Amazon for a security engineer (L4) role during my 2021 job hunt as a new grad. I received an offer and worked as a security engineer for one year, before switching internally to a software engineer (SWE) role (L4). In this article, I’ll explain how I prepared for my security engineer interview. I won’t be going over the interview format or questions as there’s better resources.

I’ve broken this article up into two sections: technical (security, coding, general computer science (CS) concepts) and behavioral.
